People keep track of my highest BPM. It was for Alien Isolation and I hit 138 for my first experience. I’ll always enjoy my heart rate monitor. It’s provided extra value to my stream, and it’s also become a reminder to stay chill during competitions. ^.^

I use an additional app called @plsoid! I select to ‘broadcast’ my Bluetooth/heart rate from my Whoop app strap settings, then Pulsoid automatically finds it!!! So easy. I connect it before each stream and it’s in real time.
